How to make an order?
Make an order while adding the desired products into the basket on the product’s webpage and click on the basket icon in the webpage’s upper right corner. The webpage will subsequently lead you to the purchase conclusion, whereby the purchase will be completed by filling out the requested data in three steps. We recommend perusing our Purchase Conditions prior to the completion of the purchase.
How can I pay?
The select products can be paid for in multiple ways. You may effectuate a payment to the giro account by a pay‐in slip, transfer order, or e‐banking. You may effectuate a COD payment to the deliverer. You may also pay by a credit card on a one‐time basis. We accept Diners, Visa, Maestro and MasterCard.
Do I have to register?
A registration is not mandatory. However, being registered you do not have to fill out the data when purchasing, so it actually saves time. Being registered, you may also monitor all your transactions and receive the information on the benefits and actions. Do not worry, all the data are safe.
What if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the login hyperlink where you will find a hyperlink concerning a forgotten password. You will receive a new login password to the e‐mail address you have used upon registration.
How do I effectuate a COD payment?
A COD payment is to be effectuated to the deliverer.
What is a deadline for paying an order by a pay‐in slip/transfer order/e‐banking/credit card?
All orders for which no payment is effectuated three days subsequent to the order shall be canceled (if a payment by a pay‐in slip/credit card/e‐banking be selected).
I would need an invoice. How could I get it issued?
An invoice shall be dispatched together with a merchandise ordered. You will receive it with the shipment, in the package.
I need an R1 invoice. How could I get one issued?
Tick the “I need an R1 invoice” box while filling out the delivery data. Additional fields will be opened to fill out the necessary R1 data.
What is a delivery/shipping and handling price for the territory of Croatia proper?
For the orders exceeding HRK 199, a postage will be FREE in all the territory of Croatia proper. For the orders below HRK 199, an HRK 30 postage is to be paid in the overall Croatia’s territory.
When will the shipment arrive to my doorstep?
A delivery service is obliged to effectuate an express merchandise transportation service from the moment of its takeover up to the moment of its delivery within a maximal 70‐hour deadline, except in case of sending a shipment on Friday and its delivery to the islands, where a delivery time shall depend on a carrier’s drive schedule. The delivery shall take place on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No delivery shall be effectuated on weekends.
What if a shipment is damaged?
Possible shipment damages are to be established upon delivery. A purchaser should examine the shipment upon takeover, photograph the possible damages, and fill out a protocol in the presence of the deliverer. In addition to filling out a deliverer’s protocol, we recommend that you should also directly contact us at info@divita.hr.
What is a deadline to lodge a complaint concerning an ordered merchandise?
A deadline for the replacement of the unopened products in an original wrapping shall amount to seven days.
Are free samples do be donated?
Free samples are donated occasionally, within promotion campaigns advertised on the website.
If I return the product, do I receive a full compensation for an amount I have paid?
Provided that we should establish that a returned merchandise be undamaged and in an original wrapping, we will compensate a full amount to a current account or to a credit card (merchandise amount, without delivery).
