All the prices are expressed in Euros(EUR), with the VAT incalculated, and are valid for a web shop purchase exclusively.<\/p>\n<p>There are currently <strong>four types of payments<\/strong> available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Upon delivery<\/strong>\u00a0(Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery of the shipment without additional fees)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment by Internet banking or general payment slip<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Paypal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All\u00a0<strong>prices include VAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The delivery of the products ordered via our internet store shall be made in cooperation with our <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>GLS<\/strong><\/span> delivery service according to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a door\u2010to\u2010door principle in the territory of the Republic of Croatia exclusively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Delivery price amounts to 3,98 \u20ac and is FREE for purchase exceeding 35\u20ac.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The delivery service shall be obliged to facilitate an express transportation service from the moment of merchandise upload up to the moment of delivery within a maximal 48\u2010hour deadline, except for the deliveries on Friday and a delivery to the islands, whereby a delivery time shall depend on a carrier\u2019s timetable. The delivery shall be effectuated weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There shall be no delivery on weekends.<\/p>\n<p>All the deliveries for which a payment was not made <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">five days<\/span> subsequent to the ordering (provided that a pay\u2010in slip\/credit cards\/e\u2010banking shall be selected as a payment method) shall be systematically automatically canceled.<\/p>\n<p>Each purchaser shall verify and sign a delivery list upon a merchandise delivery.<\/p>\n<p>A deadline for a notification concerning a replacement of the unopened merchandise in an original wrapping shall amount to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">seven days<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>Product Shipping<\/h3>\n<p>The products ordered shall be sorted and protected to prevent possible damage during transport. A purchaser shall check a possible damage upon delivery of the merchandise ordered, complain to the deliverer immediately, and return the delivered products on which the external damage is visible. Contrarily, the subsequent complaints shall not be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n<h3>Product Delivery<\/h3>\n<p>All the products ordered shall be delivered by the contracted <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">GLS<\/span> courier company. A delivery price shall depend on the value of the merchandise ordered.<\/p>\n<p>In case that a purchaser shall refuse to receive a merchandise delivery due to an unjustified reason or shall fail to take over the product from the contracted courier delivery company, and if the merchandise shall be returned to Divita\u2019s address, Divita, Inc. shall enjoy a right to charge the purchaser the merchandise return costs pursuant to a valid courier company\u2019s price list, based upon a proof of a cost incurred and an invoice that the Divita, Inc. shall present to the purchaser on the basis of the aforementioned source, with a 15\u2010day maturity.<\/p>\n<h3>Complaints and Merchandise Return<\/h3>\n<p>In case of a merchandise return, a purchaser shall notify a justified complaint to the deliverer. A purchaser shall enjoy a merchandise return right in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>delivery of an unordered product<\/li>\n<li>delivery of a product having a fault or damage that is not inflicted during transportation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We ask you to compare the articles received with the invoice and mention the missing items immediately. Subsequent complaints shall not be taken into consideration. Divita, Inc. shall be deemed liable for possible failures to the products and shall be deemed liable to replace a damaged or a misdelivered product at its own expanse provided that it shall be stablished that a complaint is justified and that a purchaser has not exerted an influence on the integrity, damage, or any other merchandise failure.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text text_larger=&#8221;no&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1579519276342{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"div-footer-payment-card-icons\">\n<h3 class=\"widget-title heading-title\">ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY STATEMENT<\/h3>\n<div class=\"div-footer-payment-card-icons-inner-page\"><a title=\"Visa -
